Welcome to the Karen Kheaye Promo Rules & Guidelines!
Whether you’re joining our Engage & Win, Shining Star of the Month, Subscribe & Win, or seasonal giveaways (e.g. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.) in my Social Media Pages, YouTube Channel or Website, this is your one-stop guide to all things promo-related.
I created this to make sure everything is clear, fair, and fun for everyone. As much as I love giving back to our community, it’s important to follow platform, channel, or site rules and protect the spirit of healthy engagement.
So before you join a promo, make sure to read through these simple Terms & Conditions. 💛
General Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
All giveaways and promotions organized by the KheayeFam Facebook Page are open to Philippine residents aged 18 and above. By entering any promotion, participants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promo Period
Each giveaway or contest will include its own start and end dates as stated in the official promo post. Entries received after the deadline will not be counted/accepted.
3. How to Enter
Participation steps will be listed in each post, and may include any of the following:
- Liking or following the Karen Kheaye Facebook, Instagram or Twitter Page, Blog, or YouTube Channel,
- Reacting to the official giveaway post
- Commenting according to the prompt (e.g., tagging friends, sharing a message, or posting a photo)
- Sharing the post or using a specific hashtag
- Subscribing via blog or channel
Note: Bonus entries or optional tasks may increase chances of winning but are not mandatory unless clearly specified.
4. Prizes
Prizes vary per promotion and may include:
- GCash credits
- Physical gifts or shoutouts
- Exclusive Karen Kheaye features
All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash unless stated otherwise.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen based on the mechanics of each individual promo. This may include:
- Random selection using an electronic raffle tool
- Best comment or most creative response
- Verified subscription or follow status
- Top fan engagement based on Facebook Insights
Important:
Each potential winner is subject to verification. Even if someone appears as a “Top Fan” or “Most Engaged” or a Follower or Subscriber on Page, Website, or Channel Insights, they must be an actual follower or subscriber of the Karen Kheaye Social Media Pages, Blog, or Channel to be officially confirmed.
📌 As previously stated on the Facebook Page:
“If you plan to join our page promos, please make sure naka-Like and Follow kayo sa page. Even if lumabas po kayo sa Facebook Insights as a Top Fan or Engager, I double-check if you’re following before confirming the winner. If not, the prize will be forfeited and passed to a qualified and deserving follower.”
This is to ensure fairness and give proper recognition to genuine supporters.
6. Claiming the Prize
Winners will be contacted via DM and must respond within 3 days. Prizes will be sent via GCash, delivery, or other appropriate method. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer
All giveaways and promos are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, or WordPress, and Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, or WordPress is not associated with these promotions in any way. By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, or WordPress and Karen Kheaye from any liability.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected (such as GCash numbers or contact info) will be used solely for the purpose of sending prizes. Data will not be stored or shared.
9. Rights Reserved
Karen Kheaye reserves the right to:
- Disqualify entries that do not comply with the promo rules
- Modify promo mechanics or timelines if necessary
- Cancel or postpone promos due to unforeseen events
- Forfeit entries that appear to be spam, fake, or not aligned with fair play
