With countless celebrities falling for this, it took Jorge Ponce, a well-known Spanish comedian and TV host, to investigate. When Ponce realized he had been scammed, he teamed up with Amazon Prime Spain to produce a documentary exposing Medina.
As the documentary unfolds, we see Jorge Ponce’s personal struggles in hunting down Medina. His dedication quickly turns into obsession, making the investigation more about his own frustration than the victims seeking justice. Throughout the process:
